Advanced Trouble Shooting Customer Service Representative - Price
The Advanced Trouble Shooting CSR will work with customer to resolve questions, issues or concerns with Emery Telcom products.
- This person will be expected to understand all of Emery Telcom's products and services offered to its customers.
- This person must be technologically inclined and must possess or be able to learn basic and advanced computer trouble shooting steps and processes including networking, operating systems, etc.
- This person must possess or be able to learn excellent customer service skills so that he/she can communicate, educate, and train customers regarding the services they are using or to recommend different services that would better fit the customer's individual needs.
- The Advanced Trouble Shooting CSR will report to Emery Telcom’s Price Business Office.
